As a professional dancer for many years I decided to progress into the fitness industry. After the birth of my boy (now 3) I was devasted when I could not get my pre baby body back. I was exhausted, sleep deprived with a very weak pelvic floor and suffering from a very common problem where the tummy muscles were not fixing together properly - known as Diastasis Recti.

Learing about posture problems made me understand why it is so important for everyone to do some kind of Pilates training at least once a week. I strongly believe your only as young as your spine!

I am also passionate about teaching mums to do the correct exercises for repairing the pelvic floor and zipping the tummy muscles up.
