Insanity

INSANITY: Base level fitness required: A total body workout using explosive, body weight and athletic exercises to maximise results. You will become leaner, stronger, firmer and a lot fitter. The focus is very much on good form and all moves can be modified for beginners.

Yolanda has been a fitness instructor in Brighton and Hove for 5 years. Her classes have an inclusive, fun and welcoming atmosphere. She is known for pushing her team very hard to get the right results. As our in house fitness instructor, Yo runs an abundance of classes here at Bird.
